Just went through here to get a new car key cut and programmed. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Staff was very friendly. Price is higher than Batteries Plus, but it’s worth it.

I wish I could give 10 stars. The communication was phenomenal. My technician John was phenomenal. I had no key and no fob and he had me back on the road in 15 to 20 minutes.I had a previous locksmith experience in Florida and that guy took forever and he did get it to where I could lock unlock and start my vehicle but I drive a truck and there was a hatchback button. It was not the right key fob, and no key came with it.

I am highly impressed with John Holmes of Magnolia Locksmith. On Thanksgiving Eve, after confirming their holiday hours and that they had my replacement key fob in stock, I went to their store at 3 pm and was told there was no one there that could assist me. I expressed my frustration and left the store. Shortly after I received a call from John who offered to come to my home and cut and program my key that evening. He arrived shortly after and was very apologetic and professional. I appreciate the effort he took to assure that I was satisfied. The pricing was very fair. And I can’t express how impressed I am that a business owner would go to such lengths to gain a customer. I will use and recommend Magnolia Locksmith to all my friends and family.

Stopped here the other day and got a quote on a key fob replacement for my 2012 Honda Civic. I came back today and they really did a great job of re-shelling and rekeying the new keyfob, and it took probably 15 minutes and it was a reasonable price as well. I'll definitely be back for anything that deals with locksmith.

I was looking to have an extra set of keys made for my truck (key and fob). I tried a few different dealerships with no success, then I was looking for a company to help. I found one who was supposed to help and they told me they’d order the parts and set an appt. for me. When I went in the lady didn’t even remember who I was, though we just talked 3 days ago, and nothing had been ordered.I was SO thankful to find Magnolia!! From my initial interaction and throughout the entire process, these guys were AMAZING!!! Aleana was so pleasant and professional both on the phone and in person, and Kevin and Robert were right on of top of addressing and meeting my need the minute I arrived! In less than 10 minutes I went from a 2 week battle of trying to get an extra set of keys made, to having them IN HAND—AAAAND under $200.00 out the door (including programming)!!
